Shawarma reminds me of the good old days in Berlin. Almost on every corner there was a store with Lebanese food, which gave off its scent from meters away. I would love to go to Lebanon one day, especially since my former colleague and friend Yara raved to me about her homeland in numerous lessons. However, as long as I don’t have the opportunity to be on site, I’m excited about this ingenious shawarma spice blend that gives many vegan dishes gives a unique touch to many.

- 1 ½ tbspn Turmeric*
- 1 tbspn Ginger*
- 1 tbspn Cinnamon*
- 1 tbspn Garlic granules
- ¼ tbspn black pepper*
- ⅛ tbspn Cayenne pepper
Anleitung
