Gluten-free, oil-free brownie, can it still taste good? I thought it was time for another oil-free recipe, my dears. The last recipes were rather oil-heavy and I know that many readers like to do without oil. This brownie will still fluffy, is nice and sweet and chocolaty
Vegan chocolate cherry brownie (gluten-free, oil-free)
The dough is quick to make and making it requires no special prior knowledge. Flaxseed eggs, applesauce, raw cane sugar, maple syrup, bourbon vanilla, baking powder, salt, gluten-free flour blend, buckwheat flour, plant milk, sour cherries and dark vegan chocolate drops.
The sour cherries provide a great flavor and just go perfectly with the dark chocolate. I got a real brownie mold a few months ago and it works really well. I used to work with a wide variety of shapes, however, the brownies were never consistent that way.
Vegan baking, oil free and gluten free
It’s kind of funny when you think about how many directions there are in nutrition now. Some are into gluten-free, oil-free and high carb, while others are into low carb, high-fat and interval fasting. This is where many different beliefs come together. I am currently moving in the middle and trying out many different directions.
For those looking for other variations, I have the following suggestions:
- Sweet potato brownie (oil-free, gluten-free)
- Fudge brownie ice cream
- Protein brownies
- Brownie with caramelized apples
- The best brownie
- Raw Brownie Bites
- Raw brownie with chocolate cream
- Simple vegan gluten free brownie
- Tahini hazelnut brownie
I find the little beauties also super as finger food to a picnic or a garden party. Here we go with this incredibly fruity-chocolatey brownie, I hope you enjoy baking it and of course about a review at the bottom of this page. If you post a picture, use the hashtag #veganevibes.
