Vegan guacamole is plain and simple, yet packs a punch. In a positive sense, of course, I mean that. It is quick to make and is full of valuable ingredients, but most importantly it is very rich in healthy fats. Guacamole is especially good as a quick dip, along with tortilla chips or to dress up burgers. Here’s to my popular TexMex Burger, which is super tasty and especially suitable for all Mexico fans. Well, are you ready for this classic? Then let’s get started together.
Vegan Guacamole
I’m really a big fan of guacamole and I especially like it as a dip. In addition to tortilla chips is suitable fresh vegetables, such as cucumbers and carrots and cut into strips. Especially important are good avocados and that sometimes really does not make things easy. How many times have I bought some in the supermarket and found that after a few days of ripening, they are totally broken inside. That’s really annoying and also goes to the money, or do you run back to the store for every avocado? So I went looking for really good avocados and came across Jurassic Fruit. The company works with small farmers and offers exceptionally good quality. I am not associated with the company, nor do I receive a commission. So if you are looking for ripe, delicious and ready-to-eat avocados, I can highly recommend this online store.
TIP: Guacamole is very versatile and goes down super well with most people. That’s why it’s such a good take-home gift for the next garden party.
Other than that, there’s not a whole lot to consider when making guacamole. If you feel like it, you can also fold in a handful of diced tomatoes, which makes the guacamole even more fruity.
