Vegan chocolate crossies made from crunchy cornflakes, chocolate and almond slivers. A sweet temptation, perfect as a pre-Christmas pastry or for a chocolate craving in between.

Ingredients
200
g
dark vegan chocolate
or any other vegan chocolate of your choice

Cornflakes

Instructions
Melt vegan chocolate
carefully
in a water bath. Do
not
let it get
too hot
, otherwise the chocolate can form spots when it cools down.
200 g dark vegan chocolate
Place in a bowl with the cornflakes, almonds and melted chocolate and stir with a spoon or silicone scraper until everything is well combined.
60 g Cornflakes,
80 g Almond sticks
Separate small mounds with a spoon and place on a silicone base. Repeat until everything is used up.
Allow to set at room temperature for about
30 minutes
.
Enjoy together with a hot drink or just like that!
Can be kept airtight for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long).
