Vegan marzipan dessert
Christmas marzipan dessert made from marzipan paste, vegetable milk and cinnamon. Finished with vegetable cream, it's the perfect dessert for your vegan Christmas menu.

Plant milk

Marzipan
pay attention to vegan quality, cut into coarse pieces

Cinnamon

tbspn
Xanthan gum
or
40g cornstarch
alternatively use 2 tbsp. coconut oil or cocoa butter melted, or agar-agar

FOR THE TOPPING:
Vegetable cream to taste

Instructions
Place vegetable milk, marzipan, cinnamon, and xanthan gum
(or
40g cornstarch) in a high-powered blender and blend on high speed to a fine liquid.
500 ml Plant milk,
100 g Marzipan,
1 tbspn Cinnamon,
¼ tbspn Xanthan gum or 40g cornstarch
Place in a small saucepan and bring to a brief boil while stirring.
Note
: Please heat carefully while stirring constantly, the liquid can easily burn on the bottom.
Immediately pour into clean dessert glasses and place in refrigerator.
Allow to set for at least
4 hours
or overnight.
If desired, refine with cream and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
